"Replacement Inner Glass Order Experience"
I placed an order for a new inner glass for my oven. Within a week, I received an email stating it wouldn't be available until November (I ordered it on October 10, 2022). Later emails indicated it would be in stock starting January 27! I got my refund on January 25, which means I waited over three months. But there was no reason given for the refund. The online chat service was pretty poor and not very welcoming. I was advised to place a new order. 'Vicki' mentioned it should be in stock by February 2, 2023, but that could change... If the company had ordered it back in November, it should be available by now.

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL APPLIANCES"
I recently revamped my kitchen and decided to go with all Caple appliances. Honestly, I hadn’t heard of Caple before we picked our kitchen at Howarth At Home in Leeds. Both my partner and I were really impressed by the Caple products we saw on display.
After installation, I had a question about one of the appliances, so I shot an email to Caple. They got back to me within a day, and after I explained the issue and sent some photos, their team ran tests in their showroom. I felt totally reassured that what I was experiencing was just part of the normal operation.
I can’t find anything to complain about regarding the appliances or the help I got with my question - I bet I would’ve heard back the same day if it hadn’t been a Friday when I reached out! These appliances are top-notch quality, and they look fantastic in my new kitchen!

"Our Experience with a Caple Oven Over 5 Years"
For five years, we've been using a Caple Oven, and one evening it broke while we were cooking. Since it was out of warranty, I didn’t think I’d get much help when I reached out via email. To my surprise, they sent a complete replacement door in just a few days! Stacey Robbins from their customer service was super helpful, even sending a second door when the first one showed up damaged. They also took care of picking up the broken doors.

"Caple Products - Disappointing Quality and Not Worth the Price"
I shared my thoughts on my oven/microwave back in August and was really not satisfied with what I got. Caple did replace my oven (which was just 4 months old) and even threw in an extra warranty.
However, I've run into more problems with the microwave and oven, especially with setting the time, though it seems to be working fine now. After several tries to delete and reinstall the app and appliances, I finally got it sorted, but I can't shake the feeling that Caple's tech has some serious issues overall.
Now, I'm dealing with my sink. It's a two-bowl setup, and the middle part is starting to wear down. I hardly ever use it, yet Caple claims it's wearing out because we've been rubbing stuff off it while switching between bowls. I completely disagree with that since the sink has barely been used. This is a product designed for regular use, and when I first brought it up, the sink was only 6 months old. They won’t fix or replace it and only offered a discount on another sink, which I’m not interested in since their products have been such a letdown. We spent nearly £3000 with them, and I feel like it’s just money wasted.
My advice? Stay away from Caple. Their items are pricey and not up to the task. They might look nice, but I wish I had just gone with standard options instead of trying Caple. Their customer service could use some work too, although Stacey was nice and did her best.
I’m currently in touch with Trading Standards about this.
Update: Thanks for your response, but as I've said many times, this isn't from impact damage. Even the person from Caple who came out agreed with that, so I don’t get why that view changed. It’s frustrating to feel accused of lying and being told it’s something it’s not. Overall, I’ve learned my lesson: these are the worst quality products I’ve ever owned, and I’ll make sure to warn as many people as I can to avoid making this costly mistake. Even the kitchen showroom where we bought these items has stopped carrying your products because of these issues and the poor customer service.

Had a minor issue with the drain basket on my Caple belfast sink. I got in touch with Bridie from the service team today, and she requested some pictures. She quickly confirmed that a replacement is on its way and should arrive tomorrow. Absolutely fantastic service today, and I'm really happy with my sink, drainer, and fridge freezer. Cheers, Caple!

"Replacement Wine Cooler from Caple"
We owned our last wine cooler for several years until it started making a lot of noise. I reached out to Caple, and they quickly dispatched an engineer who informed us that the cooler was beyond repair. Caple then provided us with a brand new wine cooler, and it's so silent that we had to double-check if it was actually running. Caple really knows how to make quality wine coolers.

I recently purchased the Caple TDI4001 Integrated Heat Pump Condenser Tumble Dryer. The kitchen installer had trouble locating the furniture hinges that were supposed to be included with the unit. I reached out to Caple for assistance and received a prompt response from a lady named Emma Bamford. She was super helpful and even offered to send the hinges at no charge, despite my willingness to pay for them. I really appreciate companies like Caple.
